Stephen Stafford
Manager / Managing Partner
Over the past 25 years, Stephen Stafford has built a diverse career spanning film and television production and the energy sector. He began his career in post-production with Viacom’s MTV/VH1 Behind the Music in Santa Monica, California, before moving into the production of filmmaker-driven content focused on the development of scripted, documentary, and reality television series. His work has included projects with Warner Bros. Discovery, Travel Channel, History, Red Bull TV, and Roku.

In 2008, Mr. Stafford transitioned into the energy sector, where he spent a decade specializing in exploration strategies within legacy basins, business development, acquisitions and divestitures, and legacy well management for Chesapeake Energy’s Mid-Continent division.

Mr. Stafford holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University and currently resides in Oklahoma City.

Heath Hibbard
Manager / Managing Partner
Heath Hibbard is an accomplished energy executive, entrepreneur, and trusted board advisor with nearly two decades of leadership across Investments, A&D, Energy & Natural Resources, regulatory strategy, and asset management. He is Managing Partner of Black Canyon Capital Partners and President & CEO of Clovis Energy, an investment and full-service consulting firm supporting clients across numerous investment sectors.

Heath previously served as COO of AmeriResource Group and held senior leadership roles at Permian Resources, and American Energy Partners, where he participated in acquiring and managing assets well over $1B in value.

Mr. Hibbard holds a B.S. from the University of Oklahoma and an M.S. with honors from Oklahoma City University. He is known for his strategic insight, cross-functional expertise, and deep industry network across major U.S. onshore basins.
